Aurea Fenice®

Aurea Fenice was born in November 2023, from the fusion of mythology, territoriality,
and decades of experience in total wine dealcoholization. Mythology describes us
the Phoenix as a majestic bird, a symbol of balance, longevity, and revenge—the same revenge that Princess has achieved over time, winning a bet made
over 12 years ago by its owner regarding the partial and total dealcoholization of wines worldwide.
The connection to our territory has meant that the first product in the Aurea
Fenice line is derived from a distinctive grape variety: Muller Thurgau.
This grape is grown primarily in the Cembra Valley, where the calcareous soils, altitude, and significant temperature ranges of this valley favor the development
of aromas and freshness in its grapes.
