Legislative Decree No. 196/2003
Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we therefore provide you with the following information:

   The data you provide will be processed for the sole purpose of executing the contract for the repair and transport of your device as requested by you.
The processing will be carried out both manually and using IT tools.
The provision of the requested data is mandatory for the execution of the contract and any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to continue the relationship.
    The data will not be disclosed to other parties under any circumstances, nor will it be disseminated, with the exception of the data necessary for the collection and delivery of the goods to your home, which will be disclosed, exclusively to that extent, to the express courier responsible for this function.
    No sensitive data is involved in the processing.

Right of access to personal data and other rights

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.

b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge of processing.

The data subject has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
